The company was founded in 2011 by Steffen Dörsam, Daniel Minini and Johannes Helminger, who lead it together with Matthias Scholz.

The enlarged management team consists of Camila Furtado (Head of Content Nametests Instant Game), Clemens Klarmann (Head of People, Organization & Culture) and Alessandro Stegmann (Head of Operations).
